Ribolla Gialla is a white grape variety native to Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Slovenia and Cefalonia, in the Ionian islands.

The Ribolla Gialla is characterized by a straw yellow color with a light-bodied aroma with high acidity. On the nose it is a very fragrant, elegant and harmonious wine with a mineral part present.
